There are many people who have become bitterly disappointed with the conventional quit smoking methods such as relying on medications. Although the latter show a good percentage rate of success in smoking cessation, they do not work at all for many people due to a large number of factors. So, you are more than likely to start considering some more unconventional alternatives. Going for the services of a quit smoking hypnotist is really fashionable lately and a lot of people swear that this particular type of mental therapy helped them stop smoking for good. Still, you should not jump into any method before learning the basic facts about it.

The quit smoking hypnotist applies hypnosis to treat this addiction. Hypnosis is a method of affecting a person’s mind on a subconscious level through suggestions. As a result the person who has been hypnotized can change their subconscious feelings, attitudes and beliefs. In the case of smoking cessation one can use this method to suppress the negative side effects such as anxiety and anger and to reduce the feeling of depression. In general hypnosis is a way for relaxation and promotion of positivism. Thus, the person who is using hypnosis to treat their addiction can successfully use their positive state of mind for further motivation and for overcoming cigarette craving and smoking urges in various situations.

Hypnosis is considered to be a safe procedure in general. It is impossible for someone to influence you to do things that you do not want to do. In fact, this type of quit smoking treatment will be totally inefficient unless you fully trust the quit smoking hypnotist and willingly allow for the induction. You will usually be aware of everything that is going on around you during the procedure. You are not likely to experience any side effects during and after the induction.

It is worth pointing out that the quit smoking hypnotist does not necessarily have to be a professional person. In all cases it is best to have a certified hypnotherapist perform the inductions, but it is also possible to ask a friend to do it. In such a case the other person is called a hypnosis partner. With the development of technology you can also go for self quit smoking hypnosis using a recording made specifically for this purpose. Thus, you have the opportunity to pick a treatment you will feel most comfortable with in order to get the optimal results.

There have not been many studies to prove the efficiency of hypnosis for smoking cessation, but one of the most recent ones has revealed that a three month treatment with one hypnotherapy session a week resulted in 60% of the participants abstaining form smoking. A similar figure has been produced by similar studies as well.

So, you might as well try using the services of a quit smoking hypnotist if you are comfortable with such a treatment. Keep in mind, thought, that not all smokers willing to quit respond to such a treatment in the same way and the level of success will depend on your personal attitude.

For many smokers the desire to quit smoking is strong. Yet it seems no matter what they do, they just can’t seem to break this devastating habit. One of the difficulties in trying to quit smoking is that smokers become physically dependant on nicotine.

When trying to quit smoking you will surely have these symptoms, arising due to the lack of nicotine in your blood stream: Irritability, Anxiety, Depression, Craving for nicotine. Even considering that Nicotine takes a lot of different actions throughout the smokers body (many of them very bad), what it does once it has arrived to the brain is responsible for both the good feelings you get from smoking, as well as the irritability you feel if you try to quit. Whether you have been smoking since your adolescence or if you just became genuinely addicted, herbal quit smoking treatments can assist you to quit smoking in very short period of time.

To calm your cravings, this is one of the best choices to quit smoking. I finally quit smoking for good because of this herb. There are also a variety of free quit smoking methods that you can use to help cut down on your cigarette cravings and also a variety of smoking free videos and aid groups for men and women trying to stop smoking.

When you are trying to quit smoking, herbal quit smoking methods and alternate ways to help yourself quit are only as productive as your willpower allows them to be, especially if you have tried and failed at simply using willpower to quit in the past. One component is mandatory if any of these aids are to work for the person that has previously tried to quit smoking and failed. Discover an easy, proven and tested way that you can quit smoking within 5-6 days without the discomfort of cravings or withdrawal symptoms.

The advantage that you’ll enjoy once you quit smoking is that most people would tend to have a better impression of you. The first and quit likely the most important ingredient is personal commitment, if you are not completely convinced that you want to quit smoking, your chances of complete and total success are limited, however if you are completely committed, your chances for success are greatly enhanced. If you are not convinced to quit smoking by the statistics above then maybe if you knew how your smoking affected others, including your children, you might just change your mind.

So if you “really” want to quit smoking, know in your heart that this time it is for good, set you date, be committed, write your affirmations and scare tactics, and that’s all you’ll need. In order to help you quit smoking, you need to do a self-analysis on the reasons you smoke and the reasons on why you want to quit smoking.

If you really want to quit smoking this year, the key to making the change stick is being ready to quit. As I said earlier, there are many good products that work well in making the challenge to quit smoking much easier. If you are worried about gaining weight, you shouldn’t be worry about it anymore, because it’s actually all about yourself whether you will eat a lot or not. In fact, the reason why you would have weight gain is because your tongue can taste more of the food, you recognize that the food is very charming that because of the effect of cigarette. That is actually happening to everyone all the time except who smoke cigarette. Now, you can understand that you will have weight gain or not, it’s not about you stop smoking but it’s about yourself only.

Due to a large number of health and environmental hazards quick smoking campaigns are catching up. This has led to spreading the use of quit smoking products almost everywhere these days. Most of these campaigns are led by different charity organizations, social groups and some NGOs and where people are made aware of the products and ways to quit smoking in the first phase.

In the second phase when the person is ready mentally to give up the addiction to nicotine he or she is given one of the products of his or her choice to use for a period of time so that the long standing habit is gradually given up. Of course it takes a long time and patience on the part of the person who has ventured into this trial and also the support of the near and dear ones is essential to make it a success.

The products used to refrain from this practice of smoking cigarettes on a daily basis are of various kinds. These are developed after a long research work conducted by the lovers of peace in the society. Their hard work has yielded good results in many cases and many families saved from being destroyed completely. In practice one of such products is the pills made from some natural herbs that can be taken for a few days by the habitual smoker on a daily basis. The ingredients in the pill work in such a way that it will change the taste of nicotine whenever the habitual smoker gives vent to the urge of smoking a cigarette. Thus he or she will abhor the taste and hence the cigarette.

This will enhance the process of quitting the habit of smoking soon. But this involves a lot of perseverance on the part of the smoker and people who do not have a strong will power will resort to the addiction again or go in for a new product bringing everyone back to square one. Mentally they need some support so the habit of a long standing cannot be abandoned so easily as taking a pill for a few days. Again the researchers have come to the aid of such people who want to refrain from the dependency once and for all. It is the invention of the e-cig which is short for electronic cigarette. It is a kit which produces vapor. Inhaling it you can get the satisfaction of smoking as the vapor may contain nicotine. The amount of it can be reduced gradually and come down to zero percent in the end.

The best thing about it is you do not exhale any smoke when you use an e-cig and the vapor is safe enough that does not cause harm to the body like the conventional cigarette. Hence, e-cigs or other potential quit smoking products are becoming the preferred choice for millions of smokers who want to quit smoking and live a healthy life before it is too late. Quitting any habit like smoking at the right time is necessary before you reach a point of no return.

Many have tried and very few have succeeded. Quitting is one tedious act that most smokers cannot successfully achieve. Sheer determination is often not enough. Cigarettes contain nicotine which makes it highly addictive. This is where the usual battle starts. Addiction may lead to severe issues such as heart problems and of course, cancer. True enough, it is also considered as one of the most leading causes of death. To help smokers achieve their goal, here are the quit smoking tips and a comprehensive explanation on how to follow them.

Knowing yourself and your degree of addiction is the very first step. Some smokers may be struggling for years while others are just on the ledge of addiction. Firstly, you must possess two basic qualities to successfully achieve this goal. It is important that you have both determination and mindset. Without this, it may be extremely difficult to maintain your goal or even begin it the first place. Then you can ponder on the reasons why you want to cease this dreadful habit. Thinking about spending a long life with loved ones and friends can be very motivating. It is also necessary to check and reflect on the how secondhand smoking can affect them. These are inevitable simple and easy tips.

After carefully analyzing yourself and your habit then you may now begin with planning. Monitoring how many sticks of cigarettes can also be of enormous help. Keep a journal so you can see the figures. Moreover, ask someone to check on your progress once in a while. Quitting all by you is a big challenge. However, having the support of your family and loved ones is sometimes the key to becoming a quitter. Realizing how important those people are in your life is one of the most effective quit smoking tips. Spend more time with them and less time with your cigarette buddy.

When we finally quit smoking, your body instantly senses not only the unpleasant effects of quitting, but the positive effects. In just a few hours after you have quit, your body begins a healing process that will take the following years and ultimately improve their overall health.

The thing is, once you get to the decision to stop smoking, is not necessarily the views of health benefits as specific concepts, but rather as abstract notions that can occur at any point in its distant future. The key is to understand the “line of quitting time, which can help determine and monitor the regeneration process of your body. You might be surprised that some of these benefits may occur within hours of quitting smoking benefits.

First two hours

In the first few hours after quitting, blood pressure and heart rate decreases to normal levels. In addition, circulation improves significantly, and you may notice a warm feeling in your hands and feet.

After eight hours

Carbon monoxide is a lethal substances contained in cigarette smoke. Therefore, smokers have toxic levels of this substance in the blood. However, once you stop smoking, carbon monoxide in the blood begins to fall in just 8 hours. As your body decreases carbon monoxide, oxygen increases at optimum levels.

Twenty-four hours after

At 24 hours after cleaning her body with cigarette smoke, the risk of heart attack is greatly reduced.

After 48 hours

After 48 hours in the timeline, you begin to experience the worst symptoms of withdrawal. Nerve regeneration into effect, initially reducing their sense of smell and taste, but after improving from here.

In 2-3 weeks

Within 2-3 weeks after quitting, your circulation will show significant improvement. You will be able to perform strenuous physical activities and exercises with ease. Distances covering long distances on foot and not be a problem. The lung function also improved greatly reduced cough and phlegm.

In 1-9 Months

lung regeneration occurs in the next 1-9 months of your timeline for quitting. The cells of the small hairs present in the structure of the lungs begin to develop and operate again. You will experience an overall improvement in your breathing, and your breasts will become healthy again. At this point, you will feel more alert and less tired.

The 1-year mark

In about a year, the risk factor for heart disease or heart attack is reduced by 50% compared to when you were still smoking.

If you’ve been looking around the internet for stop smoking tips, you’ve probably noticed that most of the advice out there seems intended for people who have never tried to quit before. Again and again, you see advice-writers running through the basics for beginners, but what about the rest of us?

When I finally quit, it was only after years of trying pretty much every method there is. And by the time I got to that point, I’d put so much time and energy into quitting that I’d made myself an expert. So I had no use for simple lists of quit smoking tips. I knew them all. That’s why I decided to get creative. Here are some of the new quit smoking tips I’ve come up with.

1. Use technology to broadcast your progress: You’ve probably heard the traditional stop smoking tip about telling your friends and loved ones you’re quitting, and relying upon the threat of public shame to keep you on the right track. With technology, you can elevate this strategy to another level.

Set up a blog with a name along the lines of, “[Your Name]’s Quitting Smoking Journal,” and send out a mass email to everyone you know. Give them the link to your blog, and ask everyone kindly to bookmark it and keep tabs on your progress. Then, write in your blog 3 or 4 times per day. Talk about your misgivings, your cravings, and how you’re dealing with them. No one likes to be seen as self-obsessed, but this is a good time to make an exception.

This way, you’ll get the whole threat of public shame thing, but you’ll also have a journal to help you work through your process.

2. Smoke something else: Okay, so this isn’t the most perfect quit smoking tip in the world, but it can work. Things like nicotine patches and gums have it backwards; they try to help you quit smoking by continuing to dose you with the very chemical you’re trying to stop needing. Basically, what these products do is keep you addicted, so that you’re primed to take up smoking again as soon as you have a moment of weakness. And let’s face it—smoking just feels better than chewing a gum or sticking a patch on your skin.

So, do it the other way around. Rather than cutting out the smoking and sticking with the nicotine, cut out the nicotine and stick with the smoking. This way, every time you have a craving to smoke, smoke! Sure, non-nicotine smoking products have many of the same negative health effects, but most aren’t nearly as addictive, so you can quit them once your nicotine cravings are gone.

3. Hypnosis: If you’ve always thought hypnosis was a little dubious, now’s the time to rethink your prejudice. With free stop smoking hypnosis that’s easy to do at home, you can change your deeply held attitudes about smoking and nicotine. Essentially, hypnosis is all about opening your subconscious mind to suggestion, and filling it with new, healthier patterns of thinking. It brings you to a heightened state of focus (not a trance, contrary to popular belief) and helps you reset the gears of your mind. Try it. It can’t hurt.

If you are a smoker then you already know full well the reasons why you should quit and may have already tried in the past but failed. In addition to the many health hazards involved, being a smoker in todays society is just plain hard. Most smokers know full well how many non-smokers in our society treat smokers like criminals and make them feel worthless without realizing the fact that most smokers are truly addicted and would gladly quit if only they could. I would like to talk about how the Quit Smoking Right Now program and some truths about tobacco addiction and why it can be so hard for smokers to quit.

The first thing that a smoker must realize is that smoking is neither pleasurable nor natural in the beginning. If you think back to the time when you first tried smoking, you will remember that your body rejected smoking with symptoms such as coughing, dizziness, and nausea. Obviously these types of feelings are not pleasurable but many people continue to keep smoking because of peer pressure or to be cool and the bad symptoms fade away. The problem is that these symptoms fade because the smoker has developed an addiction and their body begins to need what it originally rejected. Essentially, the smokers mind had convinced the smokers body to smoke until the body became addicted.

Because the smokers mind is what originally got the person to smoke in the first place, it is important that the mind be used to convince the body of a smoker to quit smoking. When a smoker quits cold turkey they are essentially doing this very thing, with their mind telling the body to quit. Regrettably, most smokers dont have the willpower to quit cold turkey because they are already truly addicted to tobacco and their body wins over their mind no matter how bad they want to quit. The Quit Smoking Right Now program claims that it manipulates a smokers belief system making it possible for the mind to beat the body and enable the smoker to quit for good. In order to quit, the smokers body must overcome the addiction that tobacco creates.

Many quit smoking programs operate on the assumption that treating the nicotine withdraw symptoms is what it takes to help a smoker quit. The Quit Smoking Right Now program claims that nicotine addiction is not the factor that really makes it difficult for a smoker to quit and this is the reason that programs that rely on treating the symptoms of nicotine addiction often fail. As you may or may not be aware, there are thousands of chemicals other then nicotine and tar in tobacco. Did you know that some of these chemicals are so hazardous that they are not even allowed to be deposited into landfills. The Quit Smoking Right Now program claims that of these thousands of other chemicals there is actually one that makes it harder for a smoker to quit then nicotine and upon joining their program they will reveal what chemical it is and a very simple way of defeating its effects so you can become a non-smoker. It would seem that if quitting was this simple then this chemical would be well know but it appears that there are good reasons why most people dont know about it.

Almost everybody including non-smokers realize why the tobacco companies dont what smokers to quit. With each smoker that quits, they lose money and it is in there best interest financially for a person to start smoking at an early age and continue to smoke until the day they die. But did you realize that companies and pharmacys that make nicotine patches and gums and anti-smoking drugs also have an interest in smokers not quitting. If all smokers quit, then who would they sell their products to. While I feel that for the most part the governments around the world do wish to help their citizens live a longer, healthier life, we do need to take into account the fact that the tobacco lobby is one of the most powerful in the world and some unscrupulous politicians may benefit from smokers who fail to quit. As you may now realize, there are a great many people and organizations that do benefit from the fact that many smokers dont ever quit.

The Quit Smoking Right Now program makes some great claims, some of which may seem a bit unbelievable but if these claims are true then this may be a great program for a smoker who really wants to quit. I will not presume to make any guarantees about this program helping you quit but it does claim a money back guarantee if you dont. With the amount of money most smokers spend on tobacco products, it would seem that this program would pay for itself in no time if it successfully turns you into a non-smoker.

If you’re ready in your mind to give up cigarettes, part of the mental struggle is overcoming the urge to nibble, and consume more in food overall. “Comfort food” is an easy reaction to understand when it comes to the torment your senses feel while you are purging your system of all the chemicals and poison from tobacco. Product solutions are everywhere, select wisely and look for a organic quit smoking product that also aids with weight gain.

Can you overcome gaining weight once you resolve to quit cigarette smoking?

It is feasible to burn up to 250 calories in one 24-hour interval when inhaling up to a pack of cigarettes a twenty-four hour period according to substance abuse professionals. Some people could gain up to 2 pounds after quitting for two weeks. With this happening many are inclined to restart cigarette smoking to maintain their weight, are there any sound quit smoking products to help with those worried about their weight? After all whats the priority, a little weight gain or the slow death of continuing smoking? The problem is that when you quit, your metabolic process slows causing calories to burn slower.

The best answer is to combine giving up smoking with a moderate but ever-increasing degree of work out with the addition of a quit smoking product which also helps to boost your vigor. Liquid Kelp has been known to be an excellent addition to your diet for it’s ability to increase your metabolism

As your decrease in smoking cigarettes goes forward combined with an increase in physical exercise, your metabolic process will eventually renormalize. Most new non-smokers add 5-7 pounds during the process of stopping. Whether you use a quit smoking product or not, the rewards of becoming healthy and smoke free are many, the troubles with dropping off a few pounds are few.

Vital organs like the lungs, heart and arteria will become more robust as they rid themselves of toxins, and will start to regenerate new cells after the nicotine is shed. Finally you will see good bodily changes.

Your skin will appear free from stress, cleaner and softer, marks on the fingers and fingernails will vanish, your breath will grow more enjoyable (really), your teeth will become whiter and the gingivae will grow sounder. Completely outstanding grounds to quit if you require a quit smoking product or not.

To shrink nicotine cravings and weight gain, drink more water ideally six or more 8oz glasses per day to keep you hydrous and to flush out toxins. Only choose organic solid food if you need some comfort, just don’t eat junk foods as the negatives can be as bad as smoking itself if you lose control. Treat yourself in moderation if you hunger for sugar rich and unhealthy solid foods. Focusing on learning everything about good eating habits is as useful as any quit smoking product.

If there’s any doubt in your mind that you can’t stop smoking then it’s time that you realize that millions of people have stopped. You can probably tell by just looking around you that you are truly in the minority when it comes to smoking. That’s not the reason to quit however, the reason is your health. Here are some very effective quit smoking tips and tricks to help you through this lonely ordeal.

Most people know that nicotine is the part of smoking that makes it the most addictive. What they don’t realize though is the fact that it’s because of the fact that there’s nicotine in your blood at all that makes it so hard to quit.

That’s why quitting cold turkey usually has the highest success rate, because once the nicotine has left your body then the cravings for nicotine will be reduced dramatically, almost to nothing.

Therefore one of biggest quit smoking tips and tricks is simply to go about it cold turkey.

Of course that’s not as easy as it may sound, I do realize that and certainly am not looking to make it lighter an issue than it is.

Of all the things that make quitting the hardest, is usually when fellow smokers, your smoking buddies don’t want you to quit. They do this because basically they know that they should quit too, so your quitting almost makes them have to face the issue of quitting smoking that they really don’t want to face.

Therefore the second most important of the quit smoking tips and tricks is that you MUST get away from those people (and places) that will very much make this a lot harder for you. Bars where smoking is still aloud are not a good hang out, and being around people who smoke is just going to make it that much harder for you.
